Frequently asked questions

Payment and Insurance

Self-Pay/Private Pay clients as well as those with Insurance are most welcome as clients. I use HEADWAY as my primary patient portal for scheduling, insurance and payment processing. To make follow-up appointments simply click on the Patient Portal Tab at the top of the page. From there, you can make and cancel appointments, change payment & insurance information and use the portal messaging system to contact me. For first time clients, I request a phone consult or email correspondence to insure that I can meet your needs and get to know you or your child/family better. Simply reach out by clicking on the Contact Button or call/email (see below). Thanks!

***If the portal states that I don't have any availability, please reach out to me! I try to be flexible and will try to work out a first session as soon as possible or add you to my "rolling" wait/call list!***
